Dear USC Alum and member of the Trojan Network,
The Trojan Family is truly lifelong and worldwide; we
remain
connected despite time and distance. USC is proud of the
accomplishments of its alumni, many of whom have reached
pinnacles of
success and influence in many sectors of business and
society. As a
member of that family, you already know the strength of
our heritage.
As a member of the Trojan Network
<http://careers.usc.edu/trojan-network/>
you have already generously volunteered to provide
information to
our current students and other alumni. In today's
turbulent times, the
bonds of the Trojan Family are more important than ever,
and
reinforcing those bonds is a responsibility we all
share. In that
spirit, the USC Alumni Association and the USC Career
Planning and
Placement Center invite you to join us in "Trojans

Trojans to help
and support other Trojans.

to think of
USC students and your fellow alumni as prime candidates.
USC turns out
exceptional graduates year after year, all of them eager
to either
start a career or look for new opportunity in times of
change.

Dear USC Alumni,
Hello and Fight On!. My name is
Allyson Brown. I am a freshman currently declaring as a
neuroscience major at USC, but am also looking at a
potential law-based minor. I am a member of Freshmen
Science Honors and Thematic Option. I am also
pre-medicine. I work about ten hours a week as an
undergraduate researcher in a molecular biology lab on
campus. I am also an active member of the Trojan
Marching Band. I am a native of Lake Oswego, Oregon
originally and am looking for a job for the summer, but
anything, internships, short projects, would be very
much welcome. I also plan on returning to Portland in
years to come, so anyone looking for long-term would be
wonderful. I will be able to work after June 4 and will
be available from then until band camp, the 19th of
August. I live in Lake Oswego, but could make it to
downtown Portland regularly if necessary. Please e-mail

Hello, My name is Reid Pearson, I am a sophomore at USC,
majoring in business with an entrepreneurial focus and
minoring in
kinesiology. I am returning to
Portland
this summer and am
looking
for a job or internship, either paid or unpaid. I
would prefer an internship with a focus in the health
and fitness industry but am open anything in the
business realm. Please email me with any questions or
suggestions. Thank you for your time.
Hello,
My name is Kevin Chambers and I have recently moved
to
Portland from
Southern California. I graduated in 2006
from the
Marshall School of Business at USC. Since
graduation I have tried my hand in many different
vocations. I worked at Warner Brothers for awhile
and then followed my heart to various restaurants in
Hollywood. Most recently I combined my
entrepreneurial education with my passion for
cooking and launched a
Personal Chef venture in
South Orange County (www.artichef.com).
I have always been a big fan of Oregon and am so
excited it is my new home! So now begins the
employment game. Ideally I am looking to work in
restaurant management, most likely as an
assistant. I am also eager to gain experience in
the hotel/service industry as well as marketing or
advertising. Thank you for your time and I look
forward to meeting up with you all at a scheduled
event once I am settled in.
Fight On,
Kevin Chambers
